Each business has an address, phone number, and also a rating given by former customers. These ratings are in stars and are given after a customer writes a review, which can be accessed by clicking onto the stars. I click on the nearest company’s title and go to a new page which has a description of them along with a digital map placement according to their address provided. Other features include buttons leading to the company’s website, blog, coupons (if any), driving directions, and a quote request.

I don’t like this nearest business, so I’m going to check the others. But wait! I’ve got to leave for work and I won’t have time afterward to contact any of them for a quote! I click “back” and I go back to the list of companies. Lo and behold, my salvation lies at the top of the page! A button saying “Request a Quote from all” which will save me all the time of calling and making time to do so! I click on the button and fill out a description of what I need done in detail, give my contact information, and then I can also choose which businesses I want to send my quote request to! I send them off and then I get going to work!

2. I hit the “Browse Categories” button and am taken to a list of general areas of repair. These include: Automotive Services, Commercial/Industrial, Electronics Repairs, Financial-Real Estate, Home Services, and Outdoor Services. Well, my carpet’s in my home…so I click on “Home Services” In here is a MASSIVE list of home services that I can choose from ranging from plumbing to carpentry, chimney cleaning, drywall, etc. I look through the list and see “Carpet, Rug, and Upholstery Cleaning” Clicking on it, I’m now taken to the same list of companies as in 1.
